Directions to our office at Two South Street, Grafton, MA 01519
The office of WB Smith Companies, including affiliates SAGE Financial Planning and Blackstone Valley College Funding is located across from the Grafton Common at Two South Street, off Route 140. Our office building is a restored, grand Victorian structure at the far end of the Common. You can park in any of the spaces in our front drive, or anywhere along the Common. Please enter the building through the main entrance at the double doors.
From Route 290 and Route 495 South
Exit the highway at Route 140 South, continuing through the center of Shrewsbury, past the UPS offices, and under Route 9. After entering Grafton, proceed through the traffic light at Route 30 to the stop sign. Proceed straight at this junction to Route 122 South for roughly a mile, to where Route 140 joins Route 122. Continue driving past the Stop‘N’Shop Plaza, and Dunkin Donuts on the left. Routes 122 and 140 split, so continue straight on Route 140, through the stoplight and up the hill. At the top of the hill continue straight – the Common will be on the right. Our office is located in the first building on the right beyond the Common.
From Route 495 North/Upton/Hopkinton
Take the W. Main St./Hopkinton exit off 495. At the end of the ramp take a right, heading towards Upton. Stay on this road about 4 miles (W. Main St. in Hopkinton becomes Hopkinton Rd. in Upton) until you reach the stoplight at the center of Upton. At the stoplight, turn right onto Route 140 North. After approximately 4 miles there will be a Cumberland Farms on your left and the Grafton Post Office on your right. Take a left at the beacon. Our office is in the first building on your right.
From the Massachusetts Turnpike (Route 90) and Route 20 East
From Route 90: Take Exit 11/Route 122 off of the Mass Turnpike. After the tolls, turn right onto Route 122 South.
From Route 20: Take the exit for Route 122. At the end of the ramp, turn right onto Route 122 South.
Continue past Wyman Gordon and a few shopping centers. The road will turn sharply to the right (merging Routes 122 and 140). Shortly after is the Stop ‘N’ Shop plaza. Go past this Plaza, and on the left is a Dunkin Donuts. At the Dunkin Donuts, Route 122 and 140 split. Stay on 140, continuing straight through the stoplight and up the hill. Continue straight – The Common will be on your right and the office is located in the first building on the right beyond the Common.
From Rhode Island
Take 146 North to the Central Turnpike exit. At the end of the ramp, turn right onto the Central Turnpike in Sutton. After about 2 miles, turn left at the stop sign onto Hill St. This will become Maple Ave. After you go down the hill, turn right onto Depot St., cross over the bridge and come to a stop sign at Route 122. Turn left onto Route 122 North (Providence Rd.). Route 122 will split into Route 122 and Route 122A at a Cumberland Farms. Go to the right of the Cumberland Farms, staying on Route 122. Turn right onto Pleasant St. At the top of the hill is the Common – bear right - our office is the first building on your right.
From Uxbridge / Whitinsville
Take Route 122 North through Whitinsville into Grafton. About a half mile after the Agway building, Route 122 will split into Route 122 and Route 122A at a Cumberland Farms. Stay on 122 by taking the fork to the right of the Cumberland Farms. After about a mile, turn right onto Church St. (Pleasant St. is opposite to the left). At the top of the hill is the Common – bear right – our office is the first building on your right.
