Jean Gjeltema
Client Services Supervisor
Jean first joined W.B. Smith Companies in 1996, and re-joined the Firm in 2006, having left in the interim to establish and expand a Municipal Bond presence at Unibank. As Client Services Supervisor, Jean is responsible for advisor support, as well as liaison with Triad and National Financial Services, including all related paperwork. She brings a technical background to her role where she is often asked to research, analyze and develop distinctive methodologies for creating and enhancing client presentations, and work on special related projects. Jean earned her Associate’s Degree in secretarial sciences from Dordt College. She is married with three children. Among her interests, Jean enjoys traveling as well as antiquing and refinishing furniture.
