Joan Tosti
Office Manager
Joan joined W.B. Smith Companies in 1995 and quickly took on the role of Office Manager, having previously worked as Assistant to the President of Guaranteed Builders, Inc. In addition to her day-to-day responsibility for the books, bookkeeping, office staff, procedures and employee training, Joan is also in charge of all 401(k) platforms as well as insurance related businesses from life to long-term care. Joan also works alongside Bill to help maintain the personal appeal of a small boutique atmosphere as the Company continues to grow. Joan received her degree as a legal secretary from the Salter School. Joan is married and has six children. In her spare time, she loves gardening, exercising and travel adventures.
